BIO: Danny is a Harvard College, Harvard Law School, and Harvard Divinity School–trained constitutional litigation and appellate attorney. For over five decades, his work as a federal civil rights attorney, author, public speaker, and college and law school professor has helped expose the structural sources of injustice in our country.
Danny has protected the fundamental and inalienable rights of our world’s citizens and has elucidated a compelling and inspiring vision for the future direction of our human family. His dedication to this vision and his work have placed Danny at the center of many of our generation’s most important legal cases and movements.
In 2023, Danny founded the New Paradigm Institute (NPI) as an initiative of the Romero Institute. NPI’s mission is to inform the public of the facts surrounding the UAP phenomenon and to mobilize them to secure full and responsible disclosure of the information about UAP technology and non-human intelligence held in secret from the public and even Congress for over 80 years by the Military Industrial Complex.
Danny’s involvement in UAP disclosure and transparency advocacy dates back decades to the Jimmy Carter administration. NPI represents a renewed focus and seeks to hold the government accountable in its investigations and reporting.
