Jay Christopher King is a community manager, researcher, artist and life coach, who co-founded The Experiencer Group with Stuart Davis and Kirsten Blackburn in 2021. After showing art through graduate school, he began working in television as a writer/producer, primarily for the Discovery Channel and its properties. During the pandemic, Jay became heavily involved in hosting a network of confidential support groups for fellow experiencers of anomalous phenomena. He realized experiencers needed to have a private community to share, learn, and grow. That led to the creation of The Experiencer Group, where King now serves as Director. The Experiencer Group is now in its third year, with many online and in-person events including book clubs, support meetings, AMAs with guests, topical meetups and a custom-built private social media site just for fellow experiencers. Jay also does online one-on-one consulting and coaching work so that experiencers and those interested in the anomalous can thrive in day-to-day life while processing and integrating their more personal experiences.

In 2022, he began organizing conference events in New York City with James Iandoli under the name Inquire Anomalous. Jay’s solo and collaborative artwork has been shown at venues including the Museo de Arte Reina Sofia (Madrid), James Cohan Gallery (NYC), and MoMA PS1 (NYC). He holds a Fine Art BFA from SVA, and an MFA in Film from Bard College.

FULL BIO: Dr. Keith Taylor has an extensive background in law enforcement and emergency preparedness. His career encompasses a diverse range of positions, including his service as a retired NYPD Sergeant Special Assignment and NYCD Assistant Commissioner. He currently works as an adjunct assistant professor of criminal justice at John Jay College, where he imparts his knowledge and mentors future professionals in the field.

Dr. Taylor holds certifications as an International Association of Emergency Managers board Certified Emergency Manager and Federal Emergency Management Agency Master Exercise Practitioner, underscoring his commitment to excellence in emergency management. He has shared his knowledge by teaching Department of Homeland Security incident management courses nationwide to first responders. He is also an American Society of Industrial Security board Certified Protection Professional.

Dr. Taylor’s involvement with the NYPD’s Emergency Service Unit (SWAT/Heavy Rescue) equipped him with specialized expertise in Weapons of Mass Destruction response. His collaboration with the FBI/NYPD WMD Task Force earned him recognition from then FBI Director Robert Mueller for his role in mitigating a nationally significant incident at the United Nations. Dr. Taylor also served as a Planning Team Manager for the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Team New York Task Force 1.

He was a 9/11 first responder and supervisor of the NYPD Missing Persons Squad and was inducted to the NYPD Honor Legion for his role in chasing and arresting armed bank robbers during a Bronx bank robbery incident.

JAMES FOX BIO: For 27 years, James Fox traveled across the world in pursuit of the truth regarding UFOs. He directed and produced five films on the subject, “Out of the Blue, (2003); “I Know What I Saw” & Director’s Cut Edition, (2009); “The Phenomenon”, (2020) and “Moment of Contact”, (2022)“. In 2007 orchestrated an event, with help from journalist Leslie Kean (Coalition for Freedom of Information), which to this day is hailed as the most credible civilian effort of disclosure on UFOs in history. BIO: Bob Spearing graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in Communications with Journalism, Advertising, Public Opinion, Propaganda, and Film Production as major concentrations.

Bob recently retired from the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey after 34 years. His many duties included being an FRA licensed Rail Traffic Controller and Locomotive Engineer. While in management, he was a Safety Investigator, Contract Administrator, prepared multi-million-dollar budgets, managed logistics for public relations such as concerts and cultural festivals, and curated historical railroad exhibitions at a major regional transportation hub.

BIO: The Honorable Tim Gallaudet, PhD, Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy (ret) is a career oceanographer and technology consultant. Formerly, he served as the acting Undersecretary and Assistant Secretary of Commerce, acting and Deputy Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and Oceanographer of the Navy.  Currently, Gallaudet serves as a strategic advisor and board member for several startups, nonprofits, and research institutions in the ocean, weather, environment, and space sectors. Gallaudet has been interested in UAP since he was young, but his experience as the Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Observatory gave him a greater appreciation for their scientific validity. He now is a research affiliate for Harvard University’s Galileo Project, an Advisory Board member for Americans for Safe Aerospace, and will provide a keynote address at the Anomalous Aerospace Phenomena Conference hosted by the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies on July 30. As a member of the Ocean Studies Board in the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, and a nominee for the White House Ocean Research Advisory Panel, Gallaudet hopes to advance the scientific study of undersea UAP. He is a fellow at The Explorer’s Club, a distinguished graduate of the University of California, San Diego, a recipient of the U.S. Coast Guard Distinguished Public Service Award, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, as well as master’s and doctoral degrees from Scripps Institution of Oceanography.

CHRIS STYLES: is an active UFO researcher who investigates select classic and current UFO incidents that have occurred in Atlantic Canada. BIO: Mario Woods left the Air Force in 1983 and soon after went to work for the United States Department of Energy and in the nuclear industry production facilities. His first facility was at General Electric Neutron Device in Largo, Florida as a security inspector, ensuring vigilance of sensitive nuclear materials and other resources. While employed there, he was sent to Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, assigned as a personal guard to a scientist in the advanced nuclear research facility at area 450 or S-4. He was at Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge TN and then the K-25 Gaseous Diffusion Facility know for the Enrichment of Uranium during the Manhattan Project with a Q Clearance as Lieutenant, Security Inspector. He departed USDOE in 1986 as it was downsizing. His UFO incident in 1977 was featured in 2020 on the program Unidentified. He is a witness and experiencer in what is now known as the Ellsworth UFO Case.
